- Since 1988: Serve as manual medicine (chirotherapy) instructor at the German Association for Manual Medicine (MWE)
- Since 1989: Practice surgical medicine, sports medicine, chirotherapy in a cross-disciplinary, joint-practice and ambulatory clinic with Dr. Richard Thiele, under the jurisdiction of the Berlin regional State Medical Association
- Since 1993: Director of the traineeship program for Manual Medicine (MWE) in Berlin
- Since 1994: Board member of the MWE (Association of Physicians for Manual Spinal Column and Extremity Therapy)
- Since 1995: Board member of the German and International Association for Musculoskeletal Shockwave Therapy (DIGEST)
- 1997: Establish a center for musculoskeletal shockwave therapy
- 1997-2001: Train in magnetic resonance tomography (MRT) by St. J. Pomeranz, M.D according to the guidelines of the Pro Scan MRI Education Foundation
