We use manual therapy to treat disorders of the spinal column and extremity joints.

Acute, lengthy, persistent and recurring disorders of the spinal column and joints are generally complex disorders that are the interplay of muscles and joints. The triggers are poor posture habits, lack of exercise, asymmetric strain, stress at work, tension resulting from emotional issues, and many more.

Manual therapy (chirotherapy) allows us to restore proper muscle and joint functions and their interaction.

First, we treat the disorder of the spinal column and joints of the extremity. The disorder can be treated with gentle mobilization and with soft pulse technologies. A short, quick movement using little strength loosens the ailing joint while a specific stimulus is targeted on the joint capsule and muscles. Cramped muscles and pain will then be reduced. This is followed by sessions with physiotherapists who will work with you to rebuild muscle function and its linkage to the entire musculoskeletal system.

The following ailments are treated with manual medical techniques:

  • acute and chronic back pains
  • sciatica
  • headaches
  • dizziness
  • tinnitus
  • shoulder-arm pains
  • pains of the extremities
  • pains and functional disorders after sports injuries
